YOU ARE WELCOME to worship with us in the church on Dec.11 (11am), Christmas Eve (7pm) and Sunday Christmas Day (11am)! All celebrating the coming of Jesus Christ, God with us.
Christmas Eve Dec. 24 join us for "drive thru caroling" from 5:30-7pm. Sing Christmas carols on the front steps of the church or drive through the parking lot to listen! Our indoor service at 7pm features Bible readings/stories and more carols ending with candlelight singing and cookies.
Christmas Day worship will be relaxed and features a Readers' Theater at 11 am.

This year, on our way back from pandemic worship via Zoom only, we now offer "hybrid" worship services on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of each month. During hybrid worship, some are present in the church sanctuary while others participate from the comfort of their homes and may be visible on a screen in the sanctuary.
Pastor Sara preaches in the sanctuary the 2nd Sunday of each month. We often have guest preachers, frequently from our partnership with Christ Presbyterian Church, Tucson. We stream their sermons on some Sundays.
First Presbyterian Church, Silver City is currently pondering our viability as a church and welcomes those who may be interested in exploring "new ways of being church" with us!
